TACK Builders, Inc staff provided construction management multi-prime services for a 371-unit apartment building*. This five-story project includes Type III-A structure and mezzanine, and 390,519 SF.
The amenity package includes 9,674 SF of recreational and amenities spaces including; three courtyards, pool, spa lounges, playground, barbecue areas, and a multi-purpose room.
The facility has a combined 319,719 SF of living area with 70,800 SF of common areas. The apartment building is wrapped around three-sides of a 255,500 SF, Type I-B, six-story (seven-level) above-ground, 651-stall parking structure.
