Movie/Animation Studio Backlot

TACK Builders, Inc staff undertook a comprehensive project* on a major film and animation studio campus. The project began with the demolition of existing building structures. Following the demolition, the team carried out extensive site work to prepare the area for new construction. This involved grading the land, removing debris, and ensuring the site met all necessary regulations and standards.

The project also included the installation of underground utilities. This critical infrastructure, such as water, sewer, and electrical systems, was carefully laid out and installed to serve the needs of the new structures. Foundations were then laid for the new buildings.

Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing and fire protection (MEP/FP) systems were another key component of the project. We oversaw the installation of these essential systems, ensuring they met all safety codes and functioned efficiently. Interior finish work was carried out for a surface trailer parking area. Finally, a new maintenance metal building was constructed.
