TACK Builders, Inc staff provided comprehensive general contracting for a renovation project* spanning approximately 12,800 SF within 2Cal (Two California Plaza). The tenant occupied two floors – the 14th and 15th – of a 52-story, class A office tower in the Bunker Hill District of downtown Los Angeles.
The project scope included consolidating occupancy of the two floors to one, the 15th floor.
We started with the demolition of the internal stairs and closed off the floor opening. Then, we renovated the interiors and restructured the office spaces.
