Kinkisharyo Buildings 702 & 704

TACK Builders, Inc staff provided design-build services for the expansion and renovation of an existing light rail manufacturing facility*. This project included the renovation of two buildings. Building 702 is 258,687 SF and Building 704 is 165,908 SF.

The project also included a 1,200 SF paint storage containment unit that includes two layers of drywall on both sides, 90 minute fire rated doors and hardware, ESFR fire sprinkler system, fire alarm system, and exhaust system.
