Cold Film Vault

General contracting services provided for the construction of a new, single story 8,000 SF film storage vault. Work included demolition of existing buildings, relocation of utilities, new construction, sophisticated mechanical systems to maintain cold (35 degrees F) and low humidity (20%) conditions for safe and stable storage of film archive. Fire protection system is also sophisticated and involves inergen, hypoxic and other systems.
This project is located on a major film and animation studio campus.
