BP Office Building

Providing general contracting services, our team oversaw the construction of a four-story, 126,400 SF commercial office building. The project included tenant improvements and related site enhancements.

The building features a tilt-up, blast-resistant concrete exterior skin supported by structural steel framing. The foundation comprises a combination of piles and spread footings, with a concrete slab on grade and concrete over metal deck. Inside, the design incorporates raised access flooring, acoustical ceilings, and concealed ductwork with package units for the HVAC system.

This facility serves as a consolidation point for administrative personnel who were previously spread across four existing buildings. Beyond administrative offices, the new facility boasts amenities such as a medical clinic, sandwich shop, credit union, fitness center, environmental garden, softball field, and basketball court.

Notably, this project has achieved a LEED® Gold rated from the U.S. Green Building Council.
