General contracting services were provided to renovate this theater*, aiming to revitalize and refresh the former Galleria Pacific Theater.
The renovation project at the Sherman Oaks Galleria involved upgrading an existing 16-screen theatre complex spanning nearly 80,000 SF. This included adding a full restaurant, coffee bar and liquor bars, concession stands, retail spaces, and various architectural and technological enhancements. The work was carried out in two phases while the complex remained operational.
