General contracting services were provided to renovate this theater, aiming to revitalize and refresh the former Galleria Pacific Theater.
The renovation project at the Sherman Oaks Galleria involved upgrading an existing 16-screen theatre complex spanning nearly 80,000 SF. This included adding a full restaurant, coffee bar and liquor bars, concession stands, retail spaces, and various architectural and technological enhancements. The work was carried out in two phases while the complex remained operational.
