WaterMarke Residential Tower

TACK Builders, Inc staff provided general contracting services for the construction of a new luxury 35-story high-rise including 300,000 SF of luxury boutique apartments homes. This project is located in the South Park district of downtown Los Angeles.
The residential tower includes 214 residential units (including four penthouse units), the 7th floor lounge amenities include a pool and spa, cardio gym, sculpting gym, and game room. There are 6,800 SF of ground floor retail space, onsite dining, and and a 6-story parking garage with 368 stalls.
Each residential unit offers spectacular city views, modern amenities and spacious floor plans. Each apartment home is equipped with custom cabinetry and wood flooring, travertine stone, caesarstone countertops, and stainless steel appliances.
