TACK Builders, Inc staff provided general contracting services for First Allied Plaza*, the 13th-tallest building in San Diego. The project included the addition of the 8,500 SF indoor and outdoor amenity deck event venue (Deck655) at the 6th level and bleachers between the 6th and 7th levels including an accessible lift for the upper 7th level bleacher deck.Â
Along with the addition, the project also included renovations to the unisex toilets at the 6th level. On the ground level, the renovations and additions include a new coffee shop, boardroom, showers and lockers rooms, restrooms, bike storage, and smoking area.
