Our general contracting services were instrumental in bringing to life a six-level, 170,000 SF residential-retail complex. This rental development combines modern living spaces with convenient amenities. The building follows Type III construction (5 over 1), emphasizing safety and functionality.
This community includes 144 apartments homes–58 studios, 48 one-bedrooms and 38 two-bedroom units. The first two levels of the building are dedicated to amenities and commercial space. Also included in this build is a roof deck with pool and spa, fitness and health center, and parking garage.
