General contracting services provided for this multi-phased project which included two new three-story, 250,696 SF administrative office buildings. This campus includes offices, conference rooms, and a commissary to serve as the corporate headquarters for 800 employees.

Extensive on-site and off-site utilities, landscaping, a surface parking lot for 660 cars, a guard house and perimeter ornamental fencing are just a features to name.

The buildings were constructed on top of concrete spread footings, slab on grade, structural steel framing, concrete over metal deck, exterior skin consisted of curtainwall, punched windows, and plaster. Each building included two skylights, exposed metal deck and ductwork, and cable tray system. The west building included a full commissary and Starbuck’s kiosk.
