Film Laboratory

TACK Builders, Inc provided design-build services for the conversion and mezzanine addition of a 45,000 SF warehouse space*. This space was converted into a cinema film development laboratory within an existing industrial warehouse originally constructed in 1956. 

This was a fast-track design-build project which included the addition of a new central plant consisting of a 200 ton chiller, multiple boilers and pumps, 160 KVa UPS system, new utility power feeds, and structural foundation work for composite steel mezzanines delivered under a 24/7 construction schedule.
