Tracy Thomas

Tracy is a seasoned financial executive  with over 30 years of experience in real estate finance, investment, asset management, investor reporting, and portfolio management. She is responsible for the oversight and management of TACK’s financial operations, accounting, reporting, and treasury functions.  Before joining the Kajima organization, Tracy was the CFO at Chandler Partners, a privately held, full-service, real estate development firm. Prior to Chandler Partners, Tracy served as the CFO and COO at National Community Renaissance (NCR), a developer, builder and manager of affordable multi-family housing. While at both organizations, Tracy was responsible for all accounting and finance, asset management, property management, information systems, risk management, legal services, and human resources. Before NCR, Tracy founded her own firm providing consulting services in finance, business, and software applications and integrations. Tracy is known for her leadership and is recognized for her ability to form cross-functional teams that work effectively together towards a common goal. She has the innate ability to build relationships, trust, and rapport with people. These  create the  motivation and momentum to get things done. Tracy is a Certified Public Accountant, gaining experience through work with Authur Anderson. She graduated from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, earning her Bachelor of Science in accounting.
